Hello, Data Analyst!

Freeosk Inc. is searching for a full-time, Chicago-based Data Analyst who loves to perform analyses to provide data-driven insights about product use and shopper behavior.

As a Data Analyst, you identify and answer questions about Freeosk users on behalf of our clients and retail partners. A strong partner of the Sales team, the Data Analyst helps understand our client needs to drive program offerings. This role is also responsible for: developing reports and performing analysis that draw insights from program performance, extracting, cleaning and organizing retail transition data for future analysis and conducting analysis using appropriate tools.

About you:
  • 2-4 years of analyst experience
  • Clear and effective communication to internal stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Proficient in statistics
  • Proficient in Tableau preferred
  • Familiarity with analytic tools or languages preferred (Ex., SAS, R, Python, MATLAB, Ruby)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or quantitative discipline
