Sodexo has a fascinating opportunity for a Customer Technical Support Specialist . The Customer Technical Support

Team completes security access requests for 70+ applications, adhering to Sodexo’s access management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organization’s security policies. The Customer Technical Support Specialist will:

  • Processes all access requests per Sodexo procedures to include new hires/terminations, application specific access requests, and other ad-hoc access requirements.
  • Assigns or removes access from users as appropriate and as approved by their management or the data system owner.
  • Processes daily/weekly/monthly administrative exception/correction reports for systems.
  • Conducts periodic audits of user access and requests and identifies and corrects inconsistencies.
  • Prepares user access reports which are distributed upon request.
  • Assists in the documentation and updating of access management procedures.
  • Monitor multiple automated and non-automated Access Management ticket/request queues.

  • Be detailed oriented
  • Have a high level of accuracy
  • Be able to adjust to change and learn new processes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Technical certifications would be a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Active Directory would be a plus

Under general supervision, provides second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware. Handles problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve. May Intermediate with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Simulates or recreates user problems. Maintains currency and high level of technical skill infield of expertise. Escalates more complex problems to Senior Level.

Basic Education Requirement – High School Diploma or GED
