Customer Support Manager

Looking for a customer support manger to run a team of three technical support employees for a fast growing startup.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Reviewing support tickets

Understanding Product and assisting customers

Writing documents on how to solve common issues

Supervising and training other staff members on products.

Washify provides cash management and marketing systems for car washes across the US and Canada. We have 10 employees based in Boston and are expanding quickly.

Salary: $62,000.00 /year
