Customer Support Engineer

PossibleNOW, a steadily growing private company and direct marketing industry leader for Do Not Call and privacy preference management solutions, seeks a Customer Support Engineer with a strong focus on infrastructure and support. Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Support Engineer is responsible for working directly with customers and the internal systems. This individual will create new accounts, train new clients, troubleshoot issues, run daily/weekly/monthly tasks and test systems when needed. We are looking for someone who is friendly, customer oriented and able to multi-task. This critical position provides great visibility and individual growth potential for an ambitious individual desiring to climb ladders.

Client Success Manager

PossibleNOW, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will often have to troubleshoot and resolve configuration problems during solution implementation and ongoing end-user support. The Client Success Manager will also be the liaison between the Operations organization and other teams including Development, Product Management and Sales. The Client Success Manager must have a deep technical understanding of our product and can communicate at both a business and technical level. You will be tasked with resolving all operational technical issues to assure complete customer confidence. Must be able to quickly establish strong, trusted relationships with customers and understand this as critical to success.


Representative Duties:

  • Application discovery and documentation of infrastructure, architecture and technical requirements for client projects.
  • Provide product support to customers, partners and consultants according to the support procedures in order to resolve problems from different complexity levels.
  • Fosters collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Development teams.
  • Good problem-solving ability; ability to adhere to best practices standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree – MIS, Computer Science or related technical degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years technical experience in the software industry
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-oriented, strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting databases in 24/7 environments

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with developer and IT tools, use cases, .NET technologies, and web services.
  • Microsoft SQL Server experience including T-SQL knowledge
  • Experience working with Agile development teams
  • Understanding of data, application, server, and network architectures and security requirements
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Server OS, IIS and Networking.
