Customer Success Associate

WORTHY is looking for passionate sales professionals. The successful candidate(s) excels at building rapport with both new and existing clients. You will provide unparalleled service for the leading online luxury auction platform.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and close new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up to achieve monthly goals.
• Maintain and nurture your database of prospective clients, contacting them on a consistent basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two years phone sales experience.
• Experience with diamonds or luxury watches is ideal, although not indispensable
• Exceptional closing skills – sense of urgency.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Able to communicate clearly verbally as well as in a written manner.
• Comfortable in fast pace, constantly evolving team environment.
• Experience in a startup environment, if possible.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) would be added plus.
• Ability to use Microsoft and Google Apps
