Customer Service – Test Center Manager

The position requires TCMs to manage all aspects of the testing facilities, monitor exams and maintain strict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standard for exam integrity in the world.

Required Conduct:
* Ensure every candidate receives a fair test
* Represent Prometric’s vision, mission and values

* Ensure your test center provides a best-in-class and comfortable testing experience
* Permit only eligible candidates
* Safeguard the test center from misconduct

Responsibilities:
* Plan weekly staff schedules as needed and supervise both permanent as well as temporary Test Center Administrators
* Administer and proctor tests
* Assist in the hiring and training of new Test Center Administrators
* Maintain a 12 month center schedule for utilization of center open hours to meet and satisfy corporate contractual requirements
* Oversee the verification and security of test candidates
* Facilitate operational and technical support calls with the Global Help Desk
* File reports on any irregular test center situations or complaints
* Supervise test center security by ensuring all locks and security systems are properly used
* Resolve candidate and building problems with the appropriate corporate manager
* Manage quality assurance through audits or other company programs
* Engage in property management to maintain a safe and comfortable testing environment

Required Experience:
* High School Diploma required, college experience a plus
* Two years customer service related experience required
* One year of management or supervisory experience required
* Ability to communicate with candidates effectively and with professionalism and authority
* Ability to learn and apply operational and maintenance instructions, and other job documents
* Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence
* Ability to multi-task and handle small tools, pack equipment for shipping or unpack for installation
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs
* Familiarity with computer programs and applications(including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Explorer-web browsing)

Physical Requirements:
* Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
* Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while administering exams
* Ability to perform periodic walk-throughs
* Visual requirements include the ability to adjust or focus computer screens and view testing room while proctoring
* Frequently positions self to maintain computers in the lab & office setting; including under the desks and in the server closet

*Ability to enroll and pass a background check for administering federal government client exams

Available Shift(s):
1. Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm with occasional evenings and Sundays. Must be flexible, schedule is based primarily on business needs. Will be responsible for two locations.
