Job Responsibilities

Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, text, chat or through other social media platforms, to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

Extensive direct customer interactions with responsibility for processing customer orders in SAP with expediency and accuracy, including machine down orders, RMA’s, exchange and service orders.

Responsible for order entry, validation, monitoring orders to delivery schedule, resolving invoice issues.

Manage open order backlog, resolve PO / order variances, expedite parts and ensure parts ship as scheduled. Able to publish excel reports, perform vlook-up and create pivot tables.

Experience with outbound and reverse order processing with a focus on returns, RAMs, perform asset recovery. Track parts returning from the field and customer site back to Lam.

Familiar with how to write Root Cause Corrective Action, perform internal investigation and recommend and implement corrective actions.

Must be flexible to work some holidays.

Minimum Qualification

Must have 2-3 years of SAP order processing and call center experience
Must be highly responsible and able to follow through tasks to completion.
