The 10th Best Place to work in America by Outside Magazine, SportRx, is looking to bring on its newest teammate. We are a fast-moving, fast-growing company looking for a teammate to assist in customer service both on and off the phones. Our mission to help people see better while doing what they love.

Job title: Customer Service Support

Position Type: Full time

Purpose: To provide excellent support and customer service to SportRx customers, opticians, and staff

Compensation: $13 – $15 per hour

Teammate responsibilities will include:

• General organization, maintenance and merchandising of the most beautiful sunglass showroom to ever exist
• Providing excellent customer service to customers in person, on the phone and through online chat
• Organization and maintenance of the SportRx home office

Teammate candidates must:

• Be enthusiastic, energetic, personable and fun
• Be willing to go the extra mile and do what it takes for customers to have the best experience
• Have excellent phone communication skills
• Be organized and tech savvy
• 4 year college degree – any major

The most qualified candidates:

• Have some working knowledge or experience with eye-wear, sunglasses, goggles, or optics, and are interested and willing to learn the trade
