Customer Service Specialist

Miami Fine Arts Academy is looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist.

Hours:

MON – FRI: From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Initial Training from 8:30 AM to 3:00PM)

SATURDAYS: – 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (with one Saturday off per month)

Requirements:

  • extremely organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable
  • fast learner of new systems and procedures
  • experience in sales and customer service
  • a great communicator with a clear/articulate voice
  • fluent in both, English and Spanish
  • well-educated (or continuing his/her education) with at least 2-3 years of college
  • excellent computer skills, MS Office applications and use of Mac
  • hardworking, interested in personal and professional growth
  • not afraid of challenges, self-motivated

Job Description:

  • explaining the Academy’s programs and policies to clients in a clear and friendly manner
  • front desk customer service, answering the phone/e-mails
  • maintaining teacher’s schedules
  • attending to students’ needs
  • selling services and/or merchandise
  • creating monthly Newsletters
  • updating database daily
  • creating student files

This is a fast-paced environment dealing with numerous customers, and requiring attention to detail in multiple tasks. You will be very busy. A Background Check will be conducted prior to first day of work.
