Customer Service Specialist

BEKO Technologies Corp. is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist .

Position Functions:

  • Provide quality and efficient customer service to our vast customer base.
  • Respond to customer correspondence in timely manner. (e-mail and telephone)
  • Resolve issues and occasionally answer Invoice inquiries.
  • Order Entry- Accurately enter purchase orders and other pertinent information.
  • Order Maintenance-maintaining Customer Orders until Invoiced.
  • Use provided training materials and tools to quickly and accurately support the customer
  • From time to time other tasks related to customer service will be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer requests
  • Anxious to answer and able to handle telephone call inquiries (this position will be the primary receiver) and promote our organization’s product or services (Light product knowledge will be provided)
  • SAP experience is an advantage but not necessary (Training provided)
  • Interpersonal skills will be an asset as we are looking for a person that suits our team well.
  • Experience working in in Customer Service position
  • Able to work start work at 8:00 am and work until 5:00 pm
  • Available to work Monday through Friday
  • Able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. if ever necessary

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Some Higher Education, Advanced Degrees or certification preferred
