Summary of Job Description

This role will have report directly to the Director of Airline Operations. He/she will have extensive interaction with Baggage Specialists, Passengers and Management. Successful candidates will have the ability to identify opportunities for growth, both for the business and for the Specialists they supervise. Successful candidates will professionally communicate with Passengers and team mates, our customer Airlines and vendors. The successful candidate will Lead and assist in the primary goal of settling luggage claims for our customer Airlines.

Required Experience

  • Airline experience
  • Baggage claims experience a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer Service skills
  • Computer/Internet savvy
  • Commitment to excellence

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive Baggage claims daily.
  • Identify claim settlement options through Airline policy, empathy and experience.
  • Communicate with customer through electronic or telephone contact.
  • Monitor and coach direct reports’ performance to ensure BC goals are met or exceeded.
  • Report all claims activity to customer airline on a daily basis

Pay is $15/hr
