Customer Service Representatives/CDC

Description:
Mercedes-Benz of Plano is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Customer Development Center.

Good phone etiquette and excellent customer service attitude required.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm, and rotating Saturdays 8am – 5pm

Duties include but are not limited to:
Appointment setting for Service Advisors

Logging client information into the CRM

Running reports

Routing calls to the appropriate department

Follow-up phone calls after service

Required Experience:
Customer Service/Call Center Experience a plus

Basic computer skills required

Hourly Pay Rate: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour
