Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

This role is for a Customer Service / Inside Sales position in Norwood, MA. Opening available immediately.

Description:

-Receive incoming calls, emails, and faxes from customers

-Enter orders into order entry/accounting system

-Solve customer issues and problems

-Work with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

-Assist with billing/payment issues

-File paperwork and other administrative duties

-Coordinate delivery schedule and shipping of material

-Assist in loading delivery truck

-Inside sales duties

-Become knowledgeable of quartz material and competition

-Introduce product to walk-in customers and schedule product viewings

-Assist in maintaining and updating showroom/offices/employee cafeteria to meet needs of staff

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 /hour

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• Inside Sales: 1 year
• Customer Service: 1 year
