Customer Service Representative / Call Center

ITAC Solutions is looking for very professional Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in Birmingham, AL.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of prior customer service in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Accurate typing skills, including basic data entry skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound judgment decisions.

• The ability to adapt to change quickly with a positive attitude.

• Ability to maintain professionalism in all types of environments.
