Customer Service Representative - Austin Command Center

We make delicious cookies and brownies from scratch and then deliver them hot and fresh to our customers in their offices and homes. We need folks to take orders cheerfully and help customers create those happy moments!

Customer Service Representatives earn $15/hour.

Tiff’s Treats is seeking Full-Time, Customer Service Representatives—daytime and closing shifts; flexibility is a must.

Requirements of our Customer Service Reps:

Take orders completely, accurately, and quickly with a friendly and helpful attitude
Ability to sit at a desk taking back-to-back calls in front of a computer for an entire shift
Perform side duties between calls such as folding boxes
Keep desk area clean and organized
Adherence to all customer service guidelines and order-taking policies
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Gmail)
Understanding of basic internet browsing
Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
Customer Service call center experience required
