Customer Service Representative

Summary: Process orders, answering telephone inquiries from customers as well as from sales representative employees. These calls will range from simplistic questions to detailed problem resolution.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Order processing, returns processing (credits), product exchanges, handling incoming calls and enquiry resolution for our customers.
  • Enforce the sales policy.
  • Provide sales support and keep consultants and customers informed (phone, emails and update SFA news) of any changes in sales policy and back orders.
  • Creation of new customers according to the sales structure and respective territories.
  • Handle system updates: customer accounts information, remove old back orders, etc.
  • Use of computer software programs while assisting customers.
  • Interaction with internal and external areas to resolve issues accordingly and respond to e-mails, voicemail or faxes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in the completion of daily tasks and interaction with customers.
  • Partner with supervisor to ensure the work is performed efficiently and effectively.
  • Create purchase orders for incoming materials and update price list in the SAP.
  • Investigate and resolve routine requests and customer complaints.
  • Take every opportunity to exceed the expectations of both our internal and external customers.
  • Generate reports: sales, complaints, new customers, color exchanges, returns and other indicators.

Skills:

Excellent written, verbal, and electronic (telephone and mail) communication skills.

Superior interpersonal skills

Computer knowledge, Excel Intermediate, Word, Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.00 /hour
