Customer Service Representative

Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an upbeat, technical savvy customer service representative to join our local team here in Boise! In this role you will be answering incoming calls from our customers and out bounding appointment reminders. No cold calling! A PERFECT candidate will treat our customers how you would want your loved ones treated and, if possible, resolve any concerns in one service call.

HOURS

Full time, 40 hours per week

The call center is open between the hours of 7:30-5:30pm

Rotational Saturdays

COMPENSATION

Base pay: $12 to start with opportunity to quickly advance to $14

Uncapped bonus incentives from day one of employment

Compensated on-call rotation; $100 perk for being on-call over a weekend!

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED

Able to pass a background check and drug test
