Customer Service Representative

HRC Total Solutions is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Professional to deliver exceptional customer service to our previous customers.

Customer Service Professional will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls to our customers to ensure they understand the plans they have and to assist them with processing claims.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, with two shifts from 11:00am-7:30pm

IDEA CANDIDATE: Ability to manage high inbound call volume and continue to provide professional, courteous service while multi tasking with other job tasks, and projects.

Experience: Customer Service / Phone/ Tech savvy with Intermediate level of PC experience in Microsoft Office, data entry software and general office systems. Other duties as requested and assigned.
