Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Customer-oriented service representative who provides product information and resolves any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for fielding large volumes of calls and emails.
  • Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers to questions or responses to issues.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Handle exchanges, returns and warranties.
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Assist walk-in customers with product issues.

Requirements

Communication skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in order to answer customers clearly; ability to understand and communicate information effectively in writing, by phone, or in person.

Customer-service skills: Display the desire and ability to answer customer questions and complaints in a helpful, engaged and professional manner.

Interpersonal skills: Proven ability to listen carefully to and understand a customer’s situation. Ability to remain patient and polite, particularly when dealing with a challenging customer.

Problem-solving skills: Ability to determine solutions to a customer’s problem; willingness to think outside of the box and remain flexible, in order to satisfy the customer’s needs.

Attention to detail and basic computer skills are a must.
