Customer Service Representative

Stafforward is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the downtown Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities:

• Provides general program information for Indiana healthcare program and mails applications and program materials upon request.
• Educates members on managed care, continuous enrollment materials, and annual enrollment.
• Provides general program information for the Indiana Health Coverage Programs.
• Administers the Health Needs Screening for all Hoosier Healthwise enrollees, provides additional information to those who may have special needs and makes referrals to other agencies or programs as necessary.
• Maintains current working knowledge of community resources, procedures and policies, and
• Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria.
• Performs other duties as assigned by project management.

Hours:

M-F 10am-7:00pm

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $11.00 /hour
