Customer Service Representative

Airport Nissan is a Fast Growing Nissan Dealership located in Cleveland Ohio.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, able to multi task, and computer literate.

The ideal candidate will be able to learn and use word tracks, have basic computer knowledge, and is able to work as part of a team. Our Culture is “Whatever it Takes” So, if you feel like you can do whatever it takes to help and make our Customers happy we should talk.

Some of your day to day duties include:

Answering inbound Customer phone calls.

Making 80+ Outbound Calls.

Responding and sending Customer emails.
