Customer Service Rep-German

Bilingual English/German skills are required.

Performs the following types of duties:

• Answers phone calls dealing with product questions, bonus plan, bonus problems, shipping problems, conventions, special promotions, and other customer service-related questions.

• Responds to faxes and emails.

• Solves customer service problems.

• Provides distributors with tracking numbers, RMA numbers, and other updated information.

• Performs data entry including applications, orders, autoships, membership and autoship changes.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Knowledge: General knowledge of Synergy marketing plan, policies, products, and Brookline system.

Skill: Type 40 wpm, 10-key, basic PC skills (Microsoft applications). Good phone manners, customer service and organizational skills. Bilingual English/German skills are required.

Ability to associate and cooperate with people, communicate with customers in a polite, professional manner, answer a wide range of customer service-related questions, and ability to solve problems.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Four years of high school plus one or more years’ experience in network marketing customer service.
