Customer Service Rep

Answers all patient inquiries, (telephone correspondence), resolves patient complaints, or directs the complaint to appropriate person(s) for resolution.

Job Requirements: High School graduate. Must have good oral communication skills. Good problem solving and decision making skills is essential. Microsoft Office applications experience preferred to include a minimum of Excel and Word. General knowledge of automated customer service phone systems and queues is essential.

Preferred Qualifications: Two to five years’ experience in healthcare billing preferred.
