Store Manager

Scooter’s Coffee is looking for a dynamic, personable, and speedy manager. We are growing throughout the INSERT REGION, and are looking to find people that can do what it takes to grow our stores. To that end, these people will need to have Extra-ordinar y Customer Service Skills, an ability to multi-task, and most importantly – be able to make their team better through hands on training, coaching, and encouragement.

We all know that the reason for a job is to make money – so before we talk too much more about what we’re looking for, let’s address what YOU’RE looking for. Here’s some of the compensation details:

• Salary – This position will fall in the range of an annual salary of $25,000-$35,000. This figure is determined by the store size ( and therefore budget ). Further details can be given later on in the interview process
• Benefits – Generous Health Care/Life Insurance Package, plus 15 days of annually accrued PTO.

So, what, exactly does a Store Manager do? First and foremost, they grow store sales. The primary way they do this is by personally being a dynamic barista themselves, and by hiring and training other baristas to move with speed and precision in order to give our customers their favorite drinks as fast as possible. Taking care of the customer with speedy efficiency and a smile is the path to growth, and that’s what we ask our managers to do and train others to do as well.

Beyond that, there are a number of administrative tasks that a manager is responsible for, including but not limited to:

• Schedules according to our Labor Budget in order to maximize store sales
• Inventory and Ordering
• Payroll
• Monitoring sales growth and trends
