Customer Service

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of customer service policies, objectives and initiatives
  • Develop and establish procedures for customer correspondence and the handling of customer complaints
  • Ensure service needs are met
  • Provide feedback to Operations team to service levels are met. To include:
  • Service frequency
  • Store call tracking
  • Timeliness of receiving paperwork from field
  • Others as defined
  • Oversee all customer issues and ensure long-term problem resolution

Business Management

  • Manage relationships with customers – serve as their main point of contact with pick up issues
  • Ensure service levels are met and work with operations/customer service to identify areas of opportunity
  • Identify opportunities for growth with existing and new customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year

Required education:

  • Associate

Required experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years
