Customer Service/Call Center Representative – Hiring Immediately

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact. In this role you will answer inbound service calls, representing approximately 75% of the daily responsibilities. The Customer Service Representative handles 50 to 100 inbound calls per day and assists customers with scheduling and fielding service inquiries and questions. The remaining responsibilities are making out bound contacts with current and potential customers via phone and email.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Ensure that all customers receive a prompt response to their questions or are put in contact with the best person to handle their

needs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years progressive customer service
  • Aptitude to work with a variety of computer programs and packages
  • Excellent customer service skills

Compensation:
$16 per hour based on ability and experience

Monday – Friday

Hours – Varied shifts available

M-F 6:45am-3:15pm, 7:30am-4:00, 9:30am-6:00pm and 1:00pm-9:00pm
