Customer Service Associate (In-House)

OVERVIEW

Customer Care Associates support our e-commerce and store operations by providing above and beyond service to our online customers. Associates communicate with customers around the world via email, phone, and chat to help them find the perfect lingerie, answer questions about products and shipping options, provide fit advice, and resolve issues with customer orders.

This role requires strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer care through email, phone, and chat.
  • Approach work with a sense of urgency, ensuring that the customer experience is always our number one focus.
  • Follow established processes and procedures.
  • Accurately and efficiently use internal systems to create good outcomes for customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • 1+ yrs experience in a customer-facing role within retail, E-commerce, or technology

SKILL SET

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
  • Strong and positive work ethic
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy and fast paced environment
