Frontier Group is looking for a top-notch Customer Service Associate to join our team in Chino Valley! You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to our customers. If you’re an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, hungry to help people, you’re an ideal candidate for this position.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You’re a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Representative, who possesses solid communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field and are proficient with Microsoft tools.
  • If you have experience within manufacturing and using ERP systems, it would be a huge plus.
  • You possess good attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
  • You pride yourself on your work ethic, excellent attendance and punctuality history.
  • You will be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background and drug screen.
  • WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Take ownership. You will serve as a primary point-of-contact and front-line liaison with our customer base. Being patient and organized is of paramount importance.
  • Prioritize. Your job is fast-moving and essential to helping customers. You will work with Frontier managers and leads to efficiently resolve customer requests and status inquiries. You will be proactive and know when to elevate customer questions, concerns and issues.
  • Communicate. You will always speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures. You will be able to adeptly clarify and confirm customer requirements and their understanding of situations and solutions.
  • Customer Service. You will be able to successfully research complex issues and juggle multiple tasks all while accurately updating information within our ERP system.
