Customer Service Analyst

Our client based in Londonderry NH Is seeking to engage a 3 month contract sales analyst to support their team:

Overview:

• Prepare timely reports including: daily and weekly gross sales reports, weekly new business development sales trending graphs, monthly top account sales and A/R, and other reports as requested.
• Support and train Sales and Marketing staff on a variety of applications including SAP, and custom web-based applications.
• Equipment Service and Contracts, Account Receivable Chargebacks, Customer/Vendor Master Maintenance.
• Act as liaison between IT and the business with regard to defining business needs, testing and implementation.
  
  Provide reporting and analysis of divisional SG&A expense.
• Prepare and release purchase orders based on project budgets.
• Ad hoc analyses, Master data cleansing, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable Analyses, SAP/and BI testing of new applications.

Job Requirements

Required skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Finance.
• 5 years work experience in financial planning/analysis, preferably in a marketing/sales environment

$20-$25/hour
