Customer Service Advisor (Construction Equipment)

Responsibilities but not limited to:
Offering customer assistance to ensure they find the right Product

Communicate with customers via Email, telephonic or Face to Face

Solving customer complaints

Receiving and processing orders

Main skills/competencies required:
Must have good technical skills

Must be able to do problem solving

Good communication skills both written (email) and verbal

Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)

Ability to remain calm under severe pressure

Good timekeeping

Computer literate

Qualifications:
Qualified Diesel Mechanic

Minimum years of experience:
5 years
