Customer Service / Administrative Support

JungleJumparoo is seeking a Customer Service / Administrative Support for it’s Orem, Utah office.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing general office, administrative support, customer service and shipping fulfillment with a variety of clerical and technical activities and tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Prepare internal documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Manage flow of incoming communication with other departments by prioritizing and categorizing incoming requests and solving or escalating issues to proper business functions.
  • Audit / maintain inventory of product.
  • Monitor incoming email / texts / faxes.
  • Manage and prepare various reports for internal and external use.
  • Order office and warehouse supplies.
  • Attend occasional trade shows and follow up with potential distributers and buyers.
  • Manage shipping of daily ecommerce orders and occasional large freight orders.
  • Other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant work experience required.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Punctual.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to work well with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working with databases.
