Customer Service/Account Representative

Position Description: We are looking to hire experienced reps in the US Virgin Islands . We want leaders who want to excel and be promoted from within. Customer Service/Account Representatives are responsible for our Document Preparation Services and informing graduates about the Federal Forgiveness Program. Student Loan experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidates.

The ideal candidate is goal oriented and will flourish in a fast-paced environment. They must be comfortable corresponding with clients and efficient at auditing, documenting and executing required paperwork for Federal Student Loan consolidation, forgiveness, and loan forbearance programs. Job Type: Full-time

Required Experience:

  • Must have prior student loan experience
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • You must be computer literate
  • You must be an honest, hard-working individual who is able to learn quickly.
  • Preferred; experience in navigating CRMs

Performance Requirements:

  • Must be highly motivated team player
  • Meet or exceed performance goals
  • Submit complete files to processing team once client has completed signature of Enrollment Documents.
  • Properly inform, and successfully enroll clients into services provided
  • Provide clients with proper contact information for follow up
  • Answer all incoming calls; any call missed will need to be returned same day.
  • All voicemails must be responded to within 24 hours.
  • You must be punctual
