Full and Part Time Positions Available. We seek passionate, friendly and customer service-oriented candidates to fill full-time and part-time Concierge positions for Residential Condominiums and Hotel properties in the North New Jersey Area. Qualified candidates must have exceptional hospitality, residential concierge or face-to-face customer service experience within a professional setting. Also, candidates must be professional, mature, driven, fluent in English, dedicated, reliable, flexible, and consent to a background check and drug screening test.
Tasks:

• Meet, greet and direct residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Serve as the ambassador and primary point of contact for the property
• Conduct periodic foot tours of the property to ensure compliance with building policies & procedures, and to ensure a safe environment for residents and guests
• Verify and record visitor, contractor and vendor information
• Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions for the building
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and or mail/packages
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries
• Keep the communal areas tidy
• Maintain logbooks for visitors, contractors, keys, elevators, incident reports, and daily activities
• Observe monitors for suspicious activities; address when necessary
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Prefer candidates who have residential concierge/hotel experience; will also consider candidates who have strong customer service (face-to-face) experience from a professional setting
• Strong interpersonal skills, as this job requires frequent interaction and communication with building residents, guests and property managers/Board of Directors
• Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, professional, and amiable
• Multi tasks work with computers and perform well under pressure
• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time
• Eager to learn and take on additional responsibility
• Positively assert him/herself and handle conflict and objections in a calm, professional and effective manner
• Extremely dependable and reliable
• Willingness to learn
• Loyal and hard working
• Fluent in the English Language

Required experience:

• Hospitality Experience: 1 year
