Customer Sales Representative / Airline Research

GRM (Global Resource Management), manages an ongoing customer satisfaction program for Delta Airlines and major international carriers at airports across the U.S.

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly-professional interviewer to recruit passengers at ATL to participate in an online survey benchmarking airline performance. A good rep will have high energy, outstanding inter-personal skills and successfully persuade busy traveling professionals that participation in a quality study is both fun and worthwhile. The data is used by airlines to improve performance on key factors such as comfort, courtesy, efficiency, food/beverage, and on-time arrival/departure for flights departing to international destinations in Europe, the Far East, and Latin America.

Your ability to engage a variety of passengers from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds is essential. A brief greeting in Spanish is absolutely necessary. Fieldwork typically requires 7-8 hours each day. Good interviewers usually complete their assignments in roughly 14 days per month. There is some flexibility on shifts, but, based on recruiting needs, plan to work the first three weeks of each month to complete your assignment.

Excellent mentoring and training is provided by our ATL-based management team. Compensation begins at $3,000 per month, based on your productivity, with bonus incentives added. There is opportunity for additional assignments/income for the right candidate. Successful Interviewers stay with our company for 10+ years.

Job Requirements:

-1 year interviewing or sales experience

-Basic working knowledge of excel

-Applicants must own a working computer or Mac

-Bilingual helpful (English/Spanish or Japanese)

-Must live 30 minutes or less from ATL airport

-Applicants must pass a federal background check per TSA regulations

-NOTE: Interviewers do a lot of walking between two terminals.
