Customer Returns Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the company wide customer return evaluation center by processing and completing associated paperwork for accurate customer credit.

Performs daily reconciliation of RLOG system vs. SAP (ERP) to ensure accuracy of sub-ledgers.

Performs daily, weekly and monthly reporting respective to warranty and customer returns.

Responsible for the completion of negative scans and supports receiver inquiries.

Completes the R-Log sales return status report and a myriad of SAP related reports to ensure removal of blocks and manual entry reporting.

Reconciles return discrepancies and disputes by validating paperwork and working with personnel to resolve.

Provides functional support as needed to the inventory analyst.

Reports any internal control issues to the WEC Controller.

Performs additional ad-hoc report requests and analysis as it relates to the warranty evaluation center.

Documents key processes and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

2 Year Accounting Degree Preferred.

1-2 years of relevant clerical or finance experience

Solid history and usage of Excel, Word & analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

Strong track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines

Possesses general accounting knowledge and reconciliation experience.

Knowledge SAP(ERP) systems strongly preferred.
