Customer Relationship Manager

Job Overview:

The Customer Relationship Manager will manage the day to day interaction with HADPRO customers. The ideal candidate will strive to deliver the highest quality standards in the industry by learning to be an expert in commercial restaurant hood and exhaust systems, professionally responding to customer inquiries and supervising the resources required to deliver the highest level of service. In addition, the candidate will provide custom proposals sourced from inbound inquiries. These detailed proposals require hands-on approach which requires onsite inspections using a ladder and basic tool kit.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of management, proven sales, or related work experience.
  • 2+ years exposure to commercial hood/exhaust cleaning, restaurant or general service industry operations
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Proficient using CRM system (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to climb ladder and use basic tool kit
  • English/Spanish Bilingual
  • College degree (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment, etc.)
  • Maintain budget and make effective decisions to control costs
  • Supervise the work of technicians and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Quality control – maintain industry leading quality through job inspections, training, soliciting customer feedback and following/documenting procedures
  • Respond to inbound sales calls and deliver customer proposals that include detailed specifications based on your thorough job site evaluations
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with referral sources, vendors and suppliers
  • Customer Account Management – manage and grow key account relationships
  • Customer Service – provide responsive resolution to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Be available to work some night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
