What You’ll Do

As a member of our Implementation Team, you’ll act as a short-term account manager and be the face of BambooHR as you help HR professionals, HR administrators, and other business leaders make a silky-smooth transition to their new favorite software. You’ll also be part of a much larger team made up of bright folks who are exceptional at what they do:

Work side-by-side and build relationships with HR leaders across the globe to customize new accounts

Import the employee data of new customers into BambooHR

Answer questions related to the awesome functions of the software

Delight customers with amazing service

Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Learn more about the world of Human Resources and the challenges professionals face in the field today

What We’ll Love About You

You’ve got initiative and self-motivation: You LOVE to put in a good day’s work!

You live within 100 miles of Lindon, Utah

You’ve got passion for customers and the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction

You have an eye for detail

Analytical thinking and problem-solving are your bread and butter

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your time management and organizational skills are off the charts, with the ability to work with deadlines

You can type 60+ words per minute (this is a must!)

You have experience manipulating data with Excel
