Customer Liaison

National leader in the high-end, custom residential building materials space is growing throughout the South East. We are currently seeking an Inside Customer Service Rep who will be responsible for creating proposals, handling inbound customer service for dealers and working directly with out outside sales team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Inside sales/ customer service experience

• Have basic math skills

• Have previous experience reading construction and schematic drawings

• Have a strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• Excels in working with a successful and high energy team

Specifically we are looking with someone who has strong interpersonal and communication skills who is able to communicate with clients as required. Someone who has working knowledge of the construction and building industry. A hard working individual who is very resourceful and a problem solver by nature.
