Customer Experience Advisor – Part Time (Remote)

The Customer Experience team is looking for a personable, hard-working teammate who can deliver a knock-your-socks-off experience to all of our customers. This is remote, part-time role is a great opportunity to learn more about our brand while assisting our customers via e-mail to deliver an above-and-beyond shopping experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist customers via e-mail, helping out with styling advice, order completion, and much more
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience and brainstorm with your manager
  • Master our internal management system in order to efficiently and effectively process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Use internal communication software to interact with your teammates
  • Channel recurring customer inquiries to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, design, and product
  • Based on performance, advance into other customer interaction channels like live chat and SMS

  • Able to work no less than 15 hours per week, and available to come into our Nashville office for two 3-day training periods
  • Based in the Nashville area
