Who You Are:
Do you love working on marketing strategies, ensuring customers remain engaged for extended periods of time? Do you enjoy being a creative writer? Are you interested in determining innovative ways to retain customers?

You will work closely with the product team to determine effective strategies to maintain our company brand! You will use your knowledge of marketing to create a fantastic content and copy to be delivered to thousands of customers.

• Develop creative copy and content for our email marketing campaigns
• Responsible for executing a communication process to keep customers engaged
• Ensure high retention rates of customers as well as increase company referrals
• Articulate key product value by using creative and innovative messaging technique
• Work with product management to develop positioning of the product against business goals
• Constantly working to identify and prioritize the highest impact opportunities to improve our marketing efforts and generate more growth
• Stay up-to-date on the many ways our customers use Networx to accomplish their home improvement needs
• Conduct research with prospect and current customers to assist in the development of an effective email marketing campaign
• Want to be on the ground floor of executing a new product offering for an established company

What Makes You Innovative:

• 2+ years of relative experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Relevant Experience
• Prior experience in developing and executing email copy and content
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Creative problem solving
• A positive self-starter, ability to work independently and as a team player
• The desire to continue to learn and grow your career
