Customer Campaign Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Campaign Specialist to join our team.

The AVAD Customer Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing outbound campaigns to current and prospective customers. In this role, you will learn our product and service offerings, understand product campaigns, and contact current and prospective customers, in order to engage them on new product, service, and event campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, even beyond 100/day as necessary, based on campaigns assigned by management that entail telemarketing, informational calls, training/event invites, etc.
• Maintain detailed tracking and reporting on campaigns and enter notes into CRM
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects to ensure each is completed by assigned deadline
• Build effective relationships with customers aimed at developing a trusting rapport and expanding customers’ commitment to purchase and utilize the offerings of AVAD
• Initiate calls to inform customers of current promotions, new or upgraded products, and to keep customers up-to-date about progress of inquiries, back-orders, training, etc.
• Identifies growth opportunities, and recognizes, the appropriate staff to engage
• Leverages internal resources to increase Audio Visual & Consumer Electronics knowledge

Qualifications :

• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Must love the win
• Experience in telemarketing to businesses, or extensive experience with inbound sales/account management
• Ability to quickly understand product and service offerings, in order to position them to existing customers, or new prospects
• Experience with high-volume customer contact via phone, or in-person
• Adept PC user, particularly with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Experience with CRM and ERP tools a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $19.00 /hour
