Dane Street is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our IME team as a Customer Service Representative. Dane Street offers an exciting work environment, competitive compensation and a strong growth potential.

** PLEASE NOTE: This position is located in our Doral office. This is NOT a remote or telecommute opportunity. **

A Customer Service Representative is in the center of our critical relationships with our clients, our technical team and our operations teams. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing new and currently scheduled Independent Medical Examinations and working closely with the other Southeast IME team members to ensure the physicians have all necessary materials needed for their upcoming examination(s).

Required Minimum Education:
HS Diploma

Description of Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Monitor intake board, designate to the proper team member any action that needs to be taken.

Manage sending out physical appointment letters to appropriate parties.

Monitor cases 2-3 weeks out to assure medical records are received, prepped, etc. If not, notify/escalate to peripheral CSR to reach out to client to obtain.

Monitor efax; download relevant documents and upload into the referral file.

Facilitate and schedule inbound/outbound UPS/US MAIL/shipments; utilize UPS/USPS drop box as needed.

Manage standard mailings utilizing Neopost.

Send appointment reminders; manage confirmation calls for same day appointments, communicate no-shows and cancellations with QA and/or Ops Manager.

Coordinate client office visits and escort guests on site; check claimants in and notify appropriate parties when visitors arrive. Act as receptionist during doctor block-time appointments.

Maintain office break rooms and reception area, ensuring the rooms are fully stocked and clean; order supplies/equipment.

Assist/support peripheral CSR activity with client, claimant, or doctor communication with IME/peer.

Required Skills and Attributes:
Excellent computer skills (Apple Operating System, Google Chrome search engine and Gmail preferred).

Excellent Organizational Skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills in order to communicate effectively with customers, remote team members or external contacts.

Must have a strong comfort-level in speaking with the referring client, claimants, and/or physicians.

Experience working as a customer service representative in a healthcare environment preferred.
