Credit Analyst

Wintrust is recruiting for an entry level credit analyst to join our Business Banking Credit Team in Itasca. Credit Analysts are responsible for financial analysis and risk
assessment of potential borrowers, preparation of credit memoranda to be
presented to senior management, and monitoring credit risk within various loan
portfolios.

Responsibilities include:

• Completes portfolio/risk management activities
  including review of covenants and periodic financial statement reporting.
  Maintains systems of record to ensure ticklers reflect current state of
  covenants and that requisite information in retained in the loan file

• Prepares credit approval presentations (CAPs), annual
  financial reviews and other memoranda focusing on analysis of a borrower’s cash
  flow, collateral, balance sheet, and key risks which may impact the borrower’s
  ability to repay existing and/or proposed debts.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business related field (Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred)
