R Investments is a company driven to rehabilitate low-income multi-family communities around the U.S. and improve the lives of our residents. The problem you will be set out to solve – is the driving force to achieve our ultimate vision. We are converting dynamic – yet laid out processes, into easy to use repeatable steps within a proprietary web app. This app is set to change the way rehab construction processes operate across the nation. To start, this project will cover the construction specific phases of our company.

Education:

Bachelors in technology related science or higher education preferred.
Easily offset by character and experience.

Development:

Minimum 3-5yrs ASP.Net MVC (C#) web development experience “Full-Stack” preferred: .
Strong understanding of enterprise grade development and OOP design.
Understanding of C#, MVC, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Entity Framework, SQL Server, User Management, RESTful Services, TFS, Visual Studio, Azure.
Angular 2, Aurelia, Knockout or other modern MVVM front-end architecture knowledge or experience a plus.
SaaS architecture knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of and willingness to lead development life cycles on an Agile platform.

Misc. Experience:

Understanding of construction/rehab project processes a plus.
Management experience a plus.
Driven and motivated by continued personal achievements.
Creative and able to dream up the best course of action to achieve solutions.
General Tech Support Knowledge a plus.

Travel:

Must be willing to travel – during design phases to grasp a better understanding of actual business problems. Average of 1 week per month for the first year. Scaled back considerably after software is off the ground.

Compensation:

Dependent upon character and experience. Compensation will include base salary with performance based bonus structure. Full benefits upon initial hire with 401k available after 1yr of service.
