Creative Designer

Reports to: Design Team Lead

Hours of work: 0900 to 1800

• Working with the team to produce effective ideas for promotions and campaigns
• Producing visually engaging, on-brand visuals for a wide range of assets including, but not limited to, emails, banners, onsite promotion pages, page take-overs and landing pages
• Working collaboratively with other designers, the design lead and account managers to ensure consistent quality
• Supporting the Senior Designers on projects
• Managing daily tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Taking feedback and implementing appropriate amends

• You will demonstrate the ability to consistently create visually engaging, on-brand ideas or where necessary refine or visualise other people’s ideas
• You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of composition, colours, typography and perspective
• You will demonstrate expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop manipulation and Illustrator and InDesign
• You will consistently meet deadlines with relevant, on-brand, visually engaging designs
• You will demonstrate the ability to collaborate successfully with key stakeholders and manage expectations accordingly
• You will demonstrate that you are a real team player

• Strong and proven portfolio that demonstrates best-practice design
• Significant agency experience
• Someone comfortable working on pitch creative
• Confident at visually articulating creative ideas
• A strong sense of typography, creative thinking and attentional to detail/crafting
• Able to receive and implement constructive feedback
• Eager to learn, evolve and push new and creative ideas that raise expectations
• A pro-active, ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to take the initiative
• Works well under pressure
• Pro skills on Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
