Creative Design Intern

We’re looking for a Creative Design Intern to join our Atlanta creative team. This person must be a great designer, but more importantly, a great conceptor, collaborator, and teammate. We are looking for someone who isn’t shy about thinking “outside their lane.” This person must love design, have a hyperacute awareness of the details, take joy in organized chaos, and understand how to create drama with a simple visual. Finally, this person must be eager to learn and ready to work on projects big or small.

The job

The Creative Design Intern will report directly to a Senior Art Director and will work on a range of projects from design work to creative research.

Skills needed

Willingness to learn and help where needed

Demonstrates collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills and backgrounds.

Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop and able to create basic comps as well as do some photo editing for deck visual needs.

Ability to work independently as well and prioritize under narrow time limitations or interruptions

Handles stressful situations with poise, understanding, and tact.

Actively listens, requests clarification when needed.

Ability to adapt to the design needs of various situations.

Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends.
