Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis for various projects. Work with the project team to develop and maintain detailed financial reports and provide general financial support to the department finance managers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Performs various recurring project finance tasks including the following:

o SAP v Prolog reconciliation

o Sales and use tax tracking

o Project cost reclassifications/transfers

o Trend reporting

o Contingency entries to balance project estimated final cost (EFC)

o Approval/tracking of travel requisitions

o Charge number issuance (Work requisitions)

• Execute the cash flow tracking/reporting process including preparation of the weekly 13-week cash flow forecast and maintenance of the Notice to Owner (NTO) log. In addition, prepare the long range project cash flow forecast thorough updates of project EFC, actual costs, and vendor anticipated monthly billing schedules.

• Perform project set-up and financial tracking on early stage development projects. Tasks include creation of Prolog project, uploading of budget template and approval/tracking of project commitments.

• During project close-out provide reconciliation of contract payment history versus SAP and final reconciliation of project commitments including recording of vendor payment discounts in Prolog

• Upon request, complete applicable ad-hoc projects and reporting

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

• 1-3 years; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to communicate clearly
