Corporate Staff Accountant

POSITION TITLE: CORPORATE STAFF ACCOUNTANT

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Finance Dept. – Easton, PA

REPORTS TO: General Accounting Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain fixed asset

subsystem, including reconciliation to general ledger, and preparation of

account roll-forwards

Review and record asset

additions for US facilities on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with

GAAP and internal capitalization policy

Track capital expenditures

& analyze CIP projects

Calculate and record

depreciation, amortization, and disposition of company assets

Maintain depreciation

schedule for Capital Rental Tools and prepare monthly adjustments

Act as lead contact for

any audits of fixed assets or related key controls

Prepare all book and tax

fixed asset schedules

Prepare and enter journal

entries in General Ledger

Analyze General Ledger

account balances and prepare monthly reconciliations

Prepare intercompany

invoicing and AR statements for subsidiaries, reconciling intercompany balances

monthly

Reconcile bank accounts

monthly

Prepare government census

reports as required

Assist in budget

preparation and year-end close

Financial statement analysis

and distribution

Special projects as

assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in

Accounting or Finance

Attention to detail with

excellent organizational skills

Ability to multitask and

prioritize workload while meeting challenging deadlines

Strong data entry and

Excel skills

Ability to interact with

all levels of Management and Operations

Experience with OneStream

Financial Reporting Software and Sage Fixed Asset Software a plus.
