Corporate Finance Reporting Specialist

The Corporate Finance Reporting and Technology responsibilities support the Corporation and Finance Department with Financial and Industry Reporting and Continuous Improvement of Finance Systems and Processes. This position requires strong organizational, communication and prioritization skills and the ability to work in an up tempo environment covering all areas of the business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Corporate Reporting/Technology

• Support organization with month end and ad-hoc report creation and distribution to various groups

within the company including Sales, Marketing and Development.

• Support Finance Group with development and maintenance of reporting and automation.

• Support month end process with assigned accounting and finance tasks to meet deadlines and goals.

• Support Corporate Forecast process for the capture and disbursement of data

• Interface with Information Technology Group on collaborative projects for continuous improvement

• Develop best practices for data integrity

• Support Management assigned ad-hoc assignments and requests

• Support internal auditing related to J-SOX compliance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent ability at organization and prioritization

• Excellent technical computer skills with Excel, database, data analytic and/or programming

background

• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage many tasks simultaneously while meeting

deadlines and producing high quality results.

• Customer focused, accustomed to working in a team environment, results orientated, and willing

to work occasional extra time when required to meet special deadline in response to customer

requirements.

2-4 years of experience.

• EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Information Systems or related field, or

equivalent relevant experience.

• Aptitude to learn and work with various financial systems, database systems, and programming languages.
