Coordinator, Event Production – Experiential Marketing

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for energetic and passionate self-starters to engage with consumers at both large scale and smaller events. You must enjoy the experience of promoting a brand and manage your team, schedules, logistics and client communication. The Coordinator, Production is responsible for working with local vendors, relevant client management and other event based personnel to develop/maintain relationships and implement event programs and associated experiences in the project markets. The candidate should also have a Class A CDL license to drive a variety of event vehicles. The ideal candidate must be an independent self-starter, have great attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work varying days within Monday through Sunday, during non-traditional work hours (weekends and possible nights included).

This position also requires a complete understanding of all interior and exterior equipment and having the ability to troubleshoot, should something not be working satisfactorily. You will be expected to work closely with the Account Team to fulfill each event stop including driving directions, parking instructions and event logistics.

Ensure that the vehicle is compliant with all DOT, federal and state laws and regulations, and that all certificates, logs, reporting, weight, and state permits are in place, pass inspection, and are up to date. Ensure that vehicle is clean and properly maintained at all times.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA, with the ability to travel up to 60%.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Five plus years of driving experience
CDL Class A with clean driving record, or willing to obtain CDL Class A
Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
Experience with promotional events/tours (load in/out and event implementation)
Pass MVR, background check and drug test
Ability to lift 70 pounds
Good communication skills and professional appearance
Available for full length of tour
Must possess a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours and weekends as required (this is not a 9 to 5 job)!
Passion for entertainment and live events
